The Skin Logic Clinic

Booking, Cancellation and No Show Policy.

At The Skin Logic Clinic, we value your time and aim to provide the best possible service to all our clients. Our members of staff you book with likewise have a right to earn a living and support their families. No Show or last-minute cancelled appointments cost them their earnings and as such we have had to implement a policy to prevent this happening on a regular basis.

To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy:

1.Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Your booking confirmation email you received allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge prior to the 24 hours window.

2.No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your appointment, or you are more than 10 minutes late this will be considered a no-show. Our practitioner works on a tight timeline and they may not be able to treat late arrivals as it impacts on the service we provide the following client. This is discretionary to the individual practitioner.

3.Repeat No-Shows or Cancellations:

Clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may be restricted from booking online.

Such clients will be required to telephone the clinic directly to schedule appointments and must provide a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice or a no show will forfeit this deposit without exception.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, however, we hope you understand our practitioners need to earn a living also. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer timely services to all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the management team at The Skin Logic Clinic.
