complaint about any aspect of your treatment at Sheena Morgans Clinic based at Skin-

However, where complaints cannot be resolved informally, we have a Formal
complaints Procedure which is summarised below:
Please set out your complaint in writing and address it to Sheena Morgan. You may

You will receive a written acknowledgement within 3 working days of receipt of your
complaint (unless a full reply can be sent within five working days.)
A full response will be made within 20 working days unless the investigation is still in
process. In such cases a letter explaining the reason for the delay will be sent and a full
response made within 5 days of conclusion being reached.
I will always keep you informed, in writing, of the stages of investigation and actions
All complaints are taken seriously and brought to the attention of all personnel.

Should you remain unhappy with our Final response or investigation you may be able to
refer your complaint to the Independent Sector Complaints Adjudication Service

Not many clinics in our area are CQC registered. Certain treatments including PDO threads should only be undertaken from a CQC registered premises. We are happy to announce that we have received a good rating from The Care Quality Commission which engages in an indepth and vigourous process to ensure our high standards meet theirs similarly to hospitals and other practices where invasive procedures are carried out.
